You ever wonder what would happen, if you had chosen to make one choice differently in your life? I do things on such a whim. I don’t even think about the choices I’ve made until months, even years later.
If I hadn’t came into Uno’s over a year ago (in my t-shirt and jeans) applying just because. If I hadn’t been hired on the spot. If I hadn’t been introduced to some of the most important people in my life right now, I wouldn’t have this support group, and I wouldn’t have a livable income either.
If I hadn’t applied at Color Me Mine, because my best friend and I wanted to work together, I wouldn’t have found some of the best co-workers and friends I’ve ever had in my life. Real, dedicated, raw people.
Why don’t we look at our lives and see how a 5 minute decision, or a split second yes or no changed the path of our existence.
It’s pretty amazing.
